We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time. Please allow 1-2 days for processing, after placing your order. Once shipped, your package should be to you within 7 business days. If you are located in Hawaii or Alaska, please allow for 7-10 business days.

The LEMY 30-day guarantee®: We want you to love your Madame Lemy product. If you are not totally satisfied, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing instructions. Once we receive the product, we will provide you with a full refund.
We only accept returns that are received with a proper return authorization form. Once your return is received, we will validate your return authorization form and then process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for your credit card refund to be processed.
We only accept returns for products purchased on www.madamelemy.com. If you purchased your Madame Lemy product at one of our authorized retailers, you will need to contact them for assistance.
Exchanges are not offered at this time.
We do not allow gift returns at this time.
MISSING OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your Madame Lemy package is missing, please thoroughly check your property including entrances and exits, garage facilities, and with your neighbors.
